2002 Cava Turo d´en Mota Recaredo

This luxury cava has aged 8 years and 6 months in the bottle before release for sale. It is a Brut Nature, i.e. without any added dosage. The date of disgorgement is indicated on the back label of the bottle and all bottles are numbered. The grapes come from a plot planted with Xarel-lo in 1940! The wine has a beautiful straw-gold colour and very refined, small bubbles. A beauitful bouquet of citrus, green apples, dried fruits, chalk and rye bread, a superbly elegant, complex and nicely structured vinous flavour that finishes dry and minerally.
