Miele Liquore alla Grappa Museum
Miele is a honey liqueur, made by steeping a traditional grappa, made from the marc of several different grape varieties from the Veneto province, on a blend of locally produced acacia honey and dried herbs. The acacia honey from Bassano del Grappa is exceptionally light and floral, and it has endowed the liqueur with a gentle touch of fine sweetness, as well as nuances of white flowers, citrus, pear, peach and acacia. The flavour is medium-bodied and pleasantly round with a fresh, slightly sweet finish.
