    Ferrari Perlé Cuvée Zero Trentodoc

    This vintage's spumante is made from 100% hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes from the Lunelli family's own vineyards. After 5 years of bottle ageing on the lees, this wine is the epitome of elegance and complexity. Extremely fine and persistent bubbles. Elegant but intense bouquet with notes of grapefruit, fresh pineapple with hints of aromatic herbs and cumin. Seductive and beautifully rounded, elegant and harmonious, beautifully intertwined with the wine's fruit and fresh acidity.

The NV Trento Metodo Classico Perlé Zero Cuvée Zero11 is a zero-dosage expression (made without the liqueur d'expedition). It represents a pure expression of Chardonnay aged in the bottle for six years. In appearance, it is luminous and bright, and the aromas are direct, focused and sharp. This sparkling wine is distinguished by its elegance and finesse.
