    From 100% hand-harvested organically grown Chardonnay grapes. Aged for 24 months in the bottle on the lees. Fine and persistent bubbles. Fresh and intense aroma with notes of citrus fruit, Golden Delicious apples and white flowers, supported by a delicate aroma of yeast. The wine is harmonious and well-balanced in the mouth with an attractive undertone of ripe fruit and hints of toast."
