    Les Beaux Regards

    This is 100% Chardonnay from vines in Ludes that are at least 40-years-old. Some of them are even over 100-years-old, having been planted by the great-grandfather back in 1902. The wine oozes classic Chardonnay character with sourdough and rye bread, but also light notes of light floral perfume, citrus and a chalky character once again underline the vibrant Bérèchesque style!

    Bérêche's NV Les Beaux Regards shows lovely energy and class in a mid-weight, slightly restrained style. Today, the Beaux Regards comes across as a bit compact, most likely because of its recent disgorgement. White flowers, pears, mint and green apples are laced into the expressive finish.
