Casal di Serra Vecchie Vigne Verdicchio
Casal di Serra Verdicchio Vecchie Vigne Superiore Classico is a single vineyard wine made from grapes from the oldest vines. The harvest yield is limited to well below half of what the law prescribes. The grapes are hand-harvested when they are maximally ripe and the wine undergoes ageing in small French barriques. The aroma has complex notes of apricot, peach, chamomile and toasted hazelnuts. The flavour is big and weighty and it is countered by a perfectly dimensioned freshness. Pure Verdicchio art!
