Bidibi
BidiBi Bianco is one of Maculan's most popular wines. The wine is mainly based on Tocai Friulano, which has been grown in northern Italy for more than a millennium. The grape is not related to the Alsatian Tokay Pinot-Gris, although both the name and its distinctive, fruity aroma might lead one in that direction. The bright wine offers a fresh and inviting fruity bouquet. The flavour is rich and creamy, and the medium-long aftertaste is rounded off with an appetising crispness. This wine clearly demonstrates Fausto Maculan's ability to produce balanced wines - taste it and judge for yourself!
