In the famous 1855 classification in Bordeaux, Château Rieussec was given the status of Premier Cru . Since then, the wine has become an international investment property and immortalised for its aging potential, which can pass the 100-year mark. The grapes are hand-picked multiple times in the field, and then a strict selection of the best grapes for this critically acclaimed wine is made. The wine has a bright golden hue and offers notes of grapefruit, lemon cake, lime, and honey. The flavour is intense and full-bodied, yet sustained by fresh acidity, and the flavour lingers for several minutes. Magnificent!
