This cuvée first appeared in 1985 and is Régine Sumeire's flagship, the result of many years of searching for the perfect rosé wine that can also be used with dishes from high cuisine. "Petale de Rosé" means "Rose Petal". Superbly elegant and feminine rosé. The colour is lighter than the salmon colour. The bouquet is fruity and airy with hints of red roses, some spice, the flavour is not only very fresh and elegant but also has something slightly oily and silky about its finish. A unique rosé.
