2015 Secret Cabernet Sauvignon Viu Manent Chile

Secret is made from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% other grape varieties (which is a secret - hence the 'Secret') to give the wine additional layers of complexity. 55% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels while the rest is aged in steel tanks, so the wine retains its elegant fresh fruit without overly dominant barrel notes. Secret Cabernet Sauvignon has an inviting aroma of red berry fruit, blackcurrant and plum with subtle herbal and spicy touches. Medium-bodied, fresh and fruity flavour with good balance and a long finish.
