2015 Les Griffons de Pichon Baron Pauillac

This is the second wine of the famous second growth Château Pichon Baron, which is the neighbour of the famous Premier Cru Château Latour. The location at the southern end of Pauillac, where the vineyards are located on the border of the municipality of Saint-Julien, gives the wine an incredible finesse and elegance. It has the characteristic charm and softness of Saint-Julien, while having the same durability and power that characterise the best Pauillac wines. Griffons de Longueville is made from grapes from the château's younger vines and has the same seductive charm as Pichon Baron, but develops somewhat faster.
