Made from hand-harvested grapes from the vineyard's highest vineyards with old low-yielding vines and fermented in oak barrels. Beautiful ruby red colour. The nose reveals aromas of blackberry, plum and violet with deep notes of black pepper and forest floor. The wine is nicely structured in the mouth with pronounced but soft tannins, lots of fruity and floral notes, a lovely fresh acidity and a long aftertaste.
