2015 Château Lamothe-Cissac Cru Bourgeois Haut-Médoc

A little gem of a château in the heart of Cissac. The estate is located in the municipality of Cissac, where they excel in making complex, well-structured wines that can often be difficult to distinguish from wines from Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe. Vincent Fabre has invested a lot of time and money over several years to get the château in Cissac in top shape. Lamothe-Cissac is recommended year after year by renowned wine guides such as Le Guide Hachette des Vins and La Revue du Vins de France. The château bases its wine on Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot and Petit Verdot. There is plenty of intense berry fruit in the aristocratic bouquet. The flavour is rich and intense with a long juicy and powerful finish.
