Vespa Bianco
Vespa Bianco is the flagship of Bastianich's production, created to show how good a white wine from Friuli can be. It consists of equal parts Chardonnay and Sauvignon, with quite a bit of Picolit. It is a wine of exceptional complexity and longevity. The wine has a beautiful spicy bouquet of wild flowers and a little honey, a powerful white wine with great minerality and a little citrus to balance the full finish.
