Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze
Cartizze is a small plot of land in the heart of the Prosecco area with its own appellation: the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze DOCG. It is a small jewel of only 106 hectares in the middle of the steepest hills. The area produces the best grapes in Valdobbiadene and the Cartizze wines from here are therefore very sought after. Nino Franco's Prosecco Cartizze is a great match for sweet cuisine. Beautiful clear hay-yellow colour with a very delicate aromatic and perfumed aroma of tropical fruits. Slightly sweet in flavour with generous fruit and a nice clean grape taste.
