2014 Barolo Undicicomuni Arnaldo Rivera

Made from selected grapes from vineyards in all 11 municipalities of Barolo: Barolo, Castiglione Falletto, Cherasco, Diano d'Alba, Grinzane Cavour, La Morra, Monforte d'Alba, Novello, Roddi, Serralunga d'Alba and Verduno and from no less than 20 famous vineyards such as Mosconi, Fossati, Capalot, Briccolina, Rocche dell'Annunziata, San Rocco, Sorano, etc. The result is a beautifully complex Barolo with deep ruby red colour, intense aromas of ripe black cherries and flowers with complex notes of spice, leather and forest floor. In the mouth, the wine has a big and acidic, but at the same time, velvety and elegant structure. The same deep dark fruit and spicy notes as in the aroma are echoed in the flavour that has a long complex finish. An impressive Barolo.
