NOTE! This is a dry wine from Mas Amiel. The wine is produced from grapes from some plots with vines planted in 1949. Here Grenache Noir (80%) and Carignan (20%) grow together. This wine was also the first dry Maury of its time. The terroir consists of chalk and slate. The wine is aged in cement tanks and bottled unfiltered. It has a fine bouquet of dark fruit with hints of spice and plum. The flavour is rich with hints of minerals, dark ripe fruit, body and finishes soft with a touch of minerality.
