2013 Gabarinza Neusiedlersee Burgenland Weingut Heinrich

Gabarinza is a uniquely well-placed vineyard that delivers some of Austria's best red wines. Heinrich makes a fantastic wine from here, from the Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Merlot grape varieties. The wine is very dark, with a bouquet of ripe berries, mocha and notes of nougat and orange peel. The flavour is opulent and powerful, and wraps itself like velvet around the palate. The aftertaste is very long and complex.
