    Can Credo Sant Sadurni d´Anoia

    The wine is named after Recaredo's vineyard in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and is Recaredo's prestige white wine. The wine is given a short barrel ageing before being finished in steel tanks and is made from 100% Xarel-lo, the most famous Cava and white wine grape in the area. The wine has a very complex and refined bouquet of white flowers and exotic fruits, a nice fullness and minerality and is crisp and lively in the finish.

    The 2013 Can Credo, Xarello from the same vineyard as the Aloers and the limestone rich La Piedra Blanca (the white stone), is sourced from a challenging vintage and fermented in barrel for one month. It fermented with the skins for two days, and although the volatile acidity is low, there is a volatile sensation, something somehow acidic, different. The palate shows some tannins and somehow ripe flavors and integrated acidity. It feels a little austere. 3,200 bottles.
