Late Harvest fra Niagara

Pillitteri's Late Harvest wines are made from the must of the 2nd and 3rd press of Icewine grapes. The resulting wine is still sweet but less than an Icewine. Beautiful light yellow straw colour with moderate viscosity. Aromas of mango, peach and pineapple are echoed in the flavour, which also reveals notes of ripe pear and Golden Delicious apple. Medium sweet wine with lovely fresh acidity and a clean aftertaste. A versatile wine that can match both sweet and savoury cuisine. Serve at 10 degrees.
