Grave di Stecca is a Clos (walled vineyard) in the best Burgundian style, situated on a slope down to the village of Valdobbiadene. Inside this Clos, a special microclimate develops around the old vines, resulting in this Prosecco, Nino Franco's flagship. This is something as rare as a Single Vineyard Prosecco. A lovely complex and creamy Prosecco Brut with a beautiful light golden colour, big and charming bouquet with hints of peach, apple, lime fruit, which is echoed in the flavour that is intense and dry with fullness and length, as well as a nice underlying acidity. Ends with tremendous fruit, elegance and depth.
