2010 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Deux Soeurs Tour Saint Michel

Cuvée des Deux Soeurs is a traditional Châteauneuf-du Pape with a modern style, it has an intense dark red colour, fine bouquet of berry fruits and spices, a flavour that is full and complex, and finishes nicely with soft, ripe tannins. Rober Parker writes: "The most traditional offering, the Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee des Deux Soeurs is a blend of 80% Grenache and the rest mostly Mourvedre and Cinsault. Its dark ruby/purple color is accompanied by copious aromas of spice box, Christmas fruitcake, wood smoke, lavender, black cherries, and black currants. This big, bold, exuberant, attention-grabbing wine should drink well for a decade or more."
