The grapes are harvested on the Clos des Capucins vineyard, where they achieve a perfect ripeness combined with an incredible freshness, and it is this combination that makes the wine absolutely unbeatable. The aroma is intense, crisp and very fruity. The flavour is surprisingly dry and fresh, and dominated by a clean taste of raisin. A unique wine, brilliant as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to exotic dishes from Indian or Thai cuisine.
