The prestige crémant Vive la joie ("long live joy") is the best Bailly can do. It is made from the 2 main grapes from Burgundy: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and aged for an extra long time in the limestone mine, more than 3 years before the final dégorgement. The wine has a very pink, almost dark golden color with slightly orange undertones, the bouquet is complex with hints of rose petals and chalky berry stones, the taste is very elegant and refined with lots of refined berry fruit and just goes on and on.
