The grapes for this Grand Cru Champagne come from the heart of Le Mesnil, from south-facing slopes where the vines have an average age of 40 years. It is the house prestige Champagne and one of the best. This prestige Champagne offers a refined bouquet of toasted almonds, white flowers, lime and a touch of something smoky. The flavour is incredibly refined with its extremely fine bubbles and the extremely long finish of green apples, citrus and finishes with a hint of salt from the minerality of the chalky subsoil.
