Côte Grand Cru Cramant
100% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru Cramant in the Côte des Blancs. Extra brut with a dosage of only 4 g/l. Bottled in September 2008 and disgorged in January 2016. Very precise, deep, clean and nuanced aromas of citrus, hazelnut and limestone, and one senses the wine's developement through hints of brioche and lemon tart. The flavour is typical of Cramant Grand Cru: soft and full-bodied with creamy bubbles that are beautifully balanced by a lively, buoyant acidity and aromas of lime and freshly cut grass. Unfortunately, only 4000 bottles were produced, which the whole world has to fight over.
